Project Row Houses announces $10M renovation for historic Eldorado Ballroom

HOUSTON – Venture Row Residences declared Wednesday that the rehabilitation and renovation of the historic Eldorado Ballroom is underway.

The rehabilitation will consist of restoring the unique 10,000-square foot building and its historic fixtures and finishes.
